Concrete Batch Plant Operator and Agitator Driver Role

This is a key role within our operations, requiring a highly skilled and experienced operator to oversee the production of high-quality concrete products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all products meet strict quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain a concrete batch plant to produce high-quality concrete products
  • Drive and operate a concrete agitator truck, transporting products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct regular maintenance tasks on both plant and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and preventing delays
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure smooth batching and pouring schedules
  • Monitor and resolve any issues related to equipment or mix quality, prioritizing customer satisfaction and project timelines

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid HR or HC driver's license
  • Have prior experience operating an agitator truck (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Possess a current White Card or be willing to obtain one if successful
  • Hold a Front End Loader ticket and have relevant experience (desirable)
  • Demonstrate a professional work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a mechanical aptitude
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others
