As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance Agile project implementation.

About the Role:

- Develop and oversee the collection and analysis of metrics to evaluate Agile's effectiveness in delivering products and meeting strategic needs.
- Foster Agile adoption and understanding throughout the organization by providing expert guidance and support.
- Lead teams in identifying opportunities for process improvements using Agile methodologies and tools to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate potential obstacles and risks, minimizing exposure and maximizing program success.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Delivery teams to facilitate timely execution of customer objectives and promote a positive customer experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Agile project management and leadership.
  • Strong experience in project management and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing process improvements to improve productivity and quality.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, risk management, and benefits realization.
  • Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
