About the Role

We're seeking a Digital Solutions Strategist to support customer digital solutions and our platforms. You'll identify, analyse, document, and deliver business requirements and processes.

  • You'll work closely with Business Units to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and build key relationships with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Digital BA experience, a passion for Agile methods, and proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
