About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging position that involves developing and executing strategies to drive business growth across new markets, channels, and customer segments.
The role requires testing and refining innovative commercial models to foster customer value and profitability through modelling and analysis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering robust financial modelling to support market expansion strategies.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and refine commercial models to improve customer lifetime value
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute strategic functions
- Deliver robust commercial financial modelling to support market expansion strategies
- Evaluate and revise business cases to reduce risk and optimise return on investment
- Guide pricing strategy, cost-to-serve, and customer acquisition models
- Act as an SME in value selling and commercial logic, coaching and mentoring as required
- Provide advice and reporting to senior management on relevant metrics
- Monitor and revise forecasting based on performance and market conditions
- 5+ years' experience in a commercially strategic role (SaaS or B2B preferred)
- Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams
- High-level expertise in design and implementation of models and strategies
- Demonstratable experience launching/scaling go-to-market initiatives
- Advanced modelling skills using Excel or other analytical tools
- An understanding of SaaS economics and customer value frameworks
- Exposure to negotiation and analysis of partnerships and commercial deals
