Key Business Development Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our expansion into new markets and drive business growth. As part of our high-performing New Business team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic opportunities across Australia.

Your key responsibilities will include developing a multi-sector pipeline of enterprise new business opportunities, building robust relationships with potential clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and leveraging existing networks.
  • Develop and manage a robust opportunity pipeline, ensuring ongoing management and delivery of sales reports.
  • Prepare sales pitches, negotiate contracts, and work closely with the Implementation team to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Contribute strategic insights to shape the future direction of our organization.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a comparable sales role and logistics/supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of closing deals, managing complex sales processes, and exceeding targets.
  • Leadership capabilities, autonomy, and commercial acumen.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and confident communication.
