About The Role:

The Client Delivery Associate is responsible for delivering a range of reporting & governance services to clients and internal stakeholders. This role supports the Senior Manager Client Delivery and wider team in executing and producing high-quality service deliverables across the client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Client onboarding, key transitions (such as super fund mergers), including document coordination and stakeholder management">
  • Performing GS007 controls such as bank account update verifications and authorised signatory list updates">
  • Collaborating with the team to build knowledge by working with SMEs across QIC to source final/verified reporting data from various investment teams and database sources">
  • Monitoring compliance to client obligations and enhancing the client experience to ensure consistent and coordinated delivery">
  • Engaging with the Client Delivery team and enterprise-wide teams to establish best practice client service for existing and future accounts">

About You:

As a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, you will possess strong time management skills, be deadline-driven, and demonstrate proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also present with:

  • Understanding of the financial services industry, particularly client servicing and middle/back-office functions">
  • Tertiary qualification in Financial Services, Business, or other relevant areas">
  • Demonstrated previous experience in similar deadline-orientated environments within funds management">
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, capable of interrogating data inputs and performing quality assurance to ensure accuracy">
  • Strong process skills, ability to identify areas for greater improvement, and leverage technologies to drive efficiencies">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric mindset">
  • Ability to project manage, coordinate multiple stakeholders, with self-driven deadlines">
  • Quick learner and collaborative positive attitude">
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)">
