Job Role Summary

A Service Delivery Officer/Debt Collection Specialist position is available at a reputable government agency.

Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, customer-centric professional who can:

  • Provide exceptional support to clients through various channels to ensure they meet their taxation and superannuation obligations.
  • Understand individual client circumstances and offer tailored advice aligned with current legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to facilitate client payment, lodgment, and registration outcomes.
  • Navigate challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism, including support for vulnerable clients and those experiencing hardship or crisis.

This role may require working within a scheduled contact centre environment, providing high-quality service to clients between 7am and 7pm.
