Project Delivery Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced project delivery specialist to join our team. As a project delivery specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling the effective planning and efficient management of public passenger transport services in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement project plans that meet time, budget, quality, and scope requirements.
- Project Coordination and Finalisation: Coordinate and finalise project deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Strategic Advice and Input: Provide strategic advice and input into processes, including contractual obligations, standards, and guidelines, to facilitate project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Risk Management and Issue Reporting: Identify, manage, and report on project risks and issues, and evaluate options to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Decision Support: Enable informed decision making by developing timely and relevant written submissions, briefs, presentations, and information papers for project stakeholders and governance boards.

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in project delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
