Service Delivery Specialist

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and upstream providers to deliver services efficiently and effectively. Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end provisioning: new sales, relocations, upgrades, disconnections, and ownership changes.
- Manage timelines and installations with internal teams and external providers.
- Monitor delivery progress, flag risks early, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers throughout the onboarding journey.
- Handle enquiries, escalations, and customer communication via ticketing systems.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with SLAs and customer expectations.
- A personable and professional individual who can build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
