Key Responsibilities

The HCM and Payroll systems team supports various platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System, Compensation, Succession & Development, Frontier Chris 21, and UKG Workforce Central.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the overall maintenance and development of these systems.

  • Maintain and develop HCM & Payroll systems and other relevant systems.
  • Lead business solution design, analysis, technical architecture, and implementation activities.
  • Engage in hands-on configuration and development of solutions, coaching functional team members as required.
  • Develop knowledge of new SAP Success Factors and Kronos capabilities as they emerge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise: SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, HCM & Payroll systems.

Soft Skills: Leadership, Solution Design, Analysis, Technical Architecture, Implementation.
