Workday HCM Expert

This is a 6-month contract role as part of a major program supporting Workday configuration across Payroll, Compensation, and integrations.

You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and business leaders to optimise and enhance the system within a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and optimising Workday HCM, especially Payroll and Compensation modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimise Workday HCM, especially Payroll and Compensation modules
  • Manage and improve Workday integrations with HRIS and Finance systems
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather and implement requirements
  • Provide expertise across broader HCM modules

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience configuring Workday HCM
  • Experience with Payroll and/or Compensation modules
  • Experience with integrations across HRIS and Finance systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work in large, complex environments
