About the role

This 6-month contract role sits within a major program of work, supporting Workday configuration across Payroll, Compensation, and integrations. You'll engage closely with HR, Payroll, and business leaders, contributing to optimisation and system enhancements within a high-performing team.

Duties/Key responsibilities

  • Configure and optimise Workday HCM, particularly Payroll and Compensation
  • Manage and enhance Workday integrations with HRIS and Finance systems
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather and implement requirements
  • Provide subject matter expertise across broader HCM modules

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience configuring Workday HCM
  • Exposure to Payroll and/or Compensation modules
  • Integration experience across HRIS and Finance systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work in large, complex environments
