Job Overview

This role entails designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions across Oracle Cloud HCM and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula, and Security, as well as strong database skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM and bespoke enterprise systems
  • Develop integrations and extensions using various technology stacks and Oracle tools
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical designs
  • Leverage the full development lifecycle, from design through deployment
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and architecturally aligned technical solutions
  • Lead complex system deliveries, identifying risks and interdependencies across systems
  • Provide technical expertise across Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with a focus on Core HR

About You

We seek an individual who has:

  • Proven technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula, and Security
  • Strong application knowledge of Core HR and at least one other HCM module
  • Experience in designing and delivering large or complex systems that meet roadmap visions and desired qualities, while mitigating risks and dependencies that impact interoperability across systems
