  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Support senior consultants in managing client relationships and understanding client requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance recruitment skills.

Ideally, we are seeking candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation techniques, and a passion for supply chain and logistics.

A competitive salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum is on offer, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
