Job Description:

Maersk Logistics & Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Regional Logistics Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our logistics solutions team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with pursuit leaders to diagnose customers' supply chain needs and design world-class solutions that drive clear value for both Maersk and our clients. Your expertise in strategic analytical modelling, digital/IT understanding, and stakeholder management will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to improve our customers' supply chains and deliver industry-leading win-rates.

Responsibilities:
  • You will orchestrate solution strategy from cradle to grave, providing pre-sales support and collaborating with sales teams to map supply chain flows and document issues or requirements.
  • You will develop detailed designs for solutions, incorporating scope of services, operating models, resource models, operating cost estimates, recommended selling price, estimated value for the client, and draft P&L for Maersk.
  • You will coordinate across products and functions to ensure full solutions can be presented to support pitches.

What We Offer:
As a Regional Logistics Solutions Expert, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Requirements:
  • You will have strong analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into tangible solutions.
  • You will possess extensive supply chain and logistics network knowledge, as well as digital/IT understanding.
  • You will have well-developed stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • You will have a strong understanding of commercial solution sales process and consultative sales techniques.
