About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and driving sales growth within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand the company's market share.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client needs and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Proven background in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry practices.
  • Highly driven and motivated, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple accounts effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-focused role, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
