About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Portfolio Manager to join our team at Queensland University of Technology. As a key member of our Digital Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of IT services related to higher education technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the future needs and strategic goals of the organisation.
  • Provide strategic leadership and high-level advice, aligning digital capabilities with organisational goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships across the university and with external service providers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Domain Architect to ensure digital solutions are strategically identified, optimised, and retired.
  • Oversee the uplift and continuous improvement of process architecture across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Education, training, and/or relevant IT experience equivalent to completion of a postgraduate qualification.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership and high-level advice.
  • Proven experience in leading collaborative engagements with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership in overseeing the uplift and continuous improvement of process architecture.
