About the Role

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking an experienced ICT Portfolio Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of our ICT Program of Work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a subset of the program through a portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction to drive the delivery of the ICT Program of Work, ensuring that projects meet the expectations of their respective project owners.
  • Project Management: Manage the performance of your portfolio of projects through assurance and governance, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, ensuring that project status reports and cost plans are completed on time and accurately.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other ICT Portfolio Delivery Managers to leverage the different capabilities across the organization, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet business needs.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with endorsed delivery and governance frameworks, and that project variations are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
  • Investment Planning and Budgeting: Contribute to the Investment Planning Framework process, ensuring that ICT projects are aligned with business objectives and that budget support costs are managed effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the identification and championing of continuous improvement opportunities to improve project velocity and business outcomes.

  • Strong program and project management experience in a complex ICT environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
