We have a number of casual positions available for the Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant role.

This role is part of a team that provides activities enhancing residents' experiences and promoting holistic care.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality care.
  • Supporting residents and their families through effective communication.
  • Practicing in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or Certificate III in Aged Care.
  • Experience working as a Leisure and Lifestyle worker in residential aged care.
  • Ability to develop Leisure and Lifestyle care plans for residents.
  • Highly developed organisational skills and ability to problem solve in a small team.
