Training Consultant Opportunity

This role involves leading the development of a learning function and creating training programs to support business goals. As a Training Consultant, you will work closely with various teams to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.

  • Create blended learning content including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and mentoring programs.
  • Collaborate with managers to implement employee development plans.
  • Ensure that our training programs meet industry standards and best practices.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver high-impact training events.
  • Establish systems and processes that can scale with the organization's growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in Learning & Development or instructional design.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO accreditation and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • A hands-on approach with an adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working in multinational organizations.
  • Certification in Training and Assessment.
  • Knowledge of Australian workplace training compliance.
