**About SASH**:
The Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH), was established in North Ryde, Sydney in 2007. We have since opened hospitals on the Central Coast, in Adelaide with our 4th hospital opening this August in Western Sydney. Our team is privileged to care for over 25,000[LB1] pets and their families each year through our state of the art multi-disciplinary facilities. SASH’s core purpose is to help pets and their families live their best life

**About the Role**:
As a People & Culture Graduate you will have the opportunity to work across all things “People” SASH will commit to providing you all the tools to shape your career, as we grow, we will make sure you grow with us.
You will gain exposure to but not limited to the following:

- Improving the people experience including policy development and onboarding
- Day-to-day generalist advice and support to various leaders and stakeholders
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring leaders to ensure seamless onboarding and positive people experience
- Manage the People & Culture systems and reporting as required. Looking for continuous improvement opportunities and data analytics
- Review and update SASH policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with legislation
- General People & Culture administration - ensuring all People & Culture documentation is prepared and documented with accuracy and timeliness
- Promote a strong culture in line with SASH values and behaviours

**About You**:
We are looking for someone who is curious, ambitious and has a keen eye for detail. You will be prepared to go the extra mile with a goal to make SASH a great place to work so the team can deliver their promise of being “The best provider of specialist veterinary care to our patients and their families, so they can live their best life.”
To be successful, you will have:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or business. You might also be coming to the end of your studies and looking for your first opportunity
- An excellent work ethic and initiative
- The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of people at all levels
- Ability to adapt easily to change and prioritise multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines
- Commitment to providing excellent service
- Adept at problem solving including the ability to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills
- High-level organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to travel to different sites from time to time
