We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that develop our people and support strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver blended learning solutions that meet the needs of our diverse workforce
  • Develop and implement employee development plans that align with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and training best practices
  • Partner with internal teams to roll out high-impact training events
  • Establish systems, tools, and processes that scale with our business
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in L&D, instructional design, or training coordination
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective learning solutions
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with ISO accreditation and LMS platforms
  • A hands-on, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced and growing environment
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in multi-site or international organizations
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment
  • Knowledge of Australian workplace training compliance
