**The Opportunity**:
We have a high performing and collaborative People & Culture team, and this role reports into the Group Director of P&C. You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of strategically aligned and innovative organisational learning and culture programs and initiatives across Urbis/Cistri.
You'll play a key role in driving strategic ideas for the company and have the autonomy to shape the role accordingly.
**You will**:
- Shaping and managing the ongoing design, development and implementation of our learning and culture offering for Urbis Group (Australia and Asia) in response to the People & Culture Strategic Plan and the Business Strategy.
- You will work closely with the Group Director People & Culture and the Head of Talent and Capability to deliver leadership development and coaching.
- You will work to enhance learning and culture capability to support high-performance.
- Managing the program design and implementation of a wide range of learning and culture programs across the business including induction, leadership and performance development programs (in conjunction with the Head of Talent and Capability), and other professional and soft skills programs.
- Identify and partner with external learning providers to deliver specialist content.
**Key deliverables include**:
**Program Development**
- Ensure organisational learning and culture Urbis/Cistri strategy supports both the People and Business strategies, incorporating a review of current and future design and content, and identification of future programs. This includes the development and management of the L&D budget through consultation with Commercial Managers and Business unit leads.
- Provide expert advice to the business on organisational learning and culture needs and build understanding and support across the business for new proposals and initiatives;
- Ongoing accountability for organisational learning and culture programs and initiatives including rollout, implementation and engagement with providers, course content, delivery (by providers) and program evaluation and reporting (immediate and post to assess learning impact
**Program Evaluation**
- Design and implementation of robust evaluation frameworks for all programs regardless of method of delivery.
**Program Management and Delivery**
- Responsible for delivering the above objectives within the parameters of agreed budgets
- Delivery of general curriculum courses “in-house” and selection of appropriate external providers for delivery of specialist content
- Responsible for maintaining L&D attendance records, and content libraries.
**About You**:
- Minimum 5 years Learning and development experience in a role within a professional service, corporate or similar industry, with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Influences outcomes through proactive, informed and decisive communication.
- You will need to be commercially astute, with a proven ability of technical excellence and demonstrating all aspects of the training cycle to improve business performance
- Ability to show initiative and bring a logical and common-sense approach to problem solving.
- Project planning and management with outcome driven exposure is desirable.
- Strong work ethic and displaying initiative and ability to manage under pressure.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work demands and changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to effectively deliver training to all levels of staff.
- Good working knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
