Building our Talent
Working collaboratively as part of our highly regarded national HR team, the Learning & Culture Consultant is pivotal in designing, delivering and continuously enhancing our learning and culture programs that build the capability and culture Multiplex needs to sustainably outperform. With a primary focus on learning, you'll also play a crucial role in advancing our talent management initiatives.
You will own and drive a portfolio of organisational and leadership learning offerings, and also contribute to other programs and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our organisational culture and leadership capabilities while providing a platform for professional growth.
As a Learning & Culture specialist who has proven project management and strong facilitation skills, your experience will also include:

- The ability to build high-trust relationships and identify learning and capability needs that need to be addressed.
- Experience in learning and development, or a closely related field, preferably with some experience in organisational development and/or strategic talent management.
- Learning design skills across a range of learning mediums (particularly online and virtual).
- Good knowledge of learning theory, innovative learning approaches, technologies and emerging trends.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in education, psychology, human resources or another relevant field.

Flexibility options are available. The role may be considered in a part time capacity. Working from home will also be considered.
This is a national role that can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
