We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused professional to manage an established portfolio of general insurance clients. With over 15 years of recruitment experience, this individual will work alongside experienced brokers with long tenure to drive business growth.

  • Main Responsibilities
    • Manage and service existing general insurance clients.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company objectives.
    • Develop and implement tailored sales plans.
    • Conduct client needs analyses and prepare comprehensive insurance submissions.
    • Negotiate renewals, endorsements, and new business terms with insurers.
    • Provide expert claims management and support.
    • Maintain compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • About the Role
    • Tier 1 qualification is required.
    • Strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products.
    • Experience in transport or heavy vehicle insurance products is preferred.
    • Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills are essential.
    • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow business is crucial.
