The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong client connections;
  • Providing guidance on general insurance products;
  • Utilizing organizational processes and tools effectively;
  • Meeting performance targets as instructed by senior leaders;
  • Participating in regular meetings and generating reports, budgets, KPIs, and other critical client matters.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Relevant tertiary degree and professional certification;
  • Qualifications and diploma in Insurance Broking (desired);
  • Experience in commercial insurance advice and placement;
  • Strong background working with professionals to deliver exceptional client outcomes;
  • Solid ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate stakeholder management skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
