Senior Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Insurance professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on general insurance matters, working closely with a team of lawyers and professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Client interaction and strategy;
- Reviewing documents and preparing evidence;
- Drafting correspondence to the Court and third parties;
- Conferencing with witnesses and preparing witness statements;
- Preparing briefs for counsel;
- Drafting Court documents and attendance at Court;
- Drafting client advices;
- Drafting letters of instruction to experts;
- Managing files and running matters through court proceedings.
- A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in general insurance law;
- Experience in professional indemnity matters;
- Proficient in drafting coverage advices;
- Excellent technical, analytical and drafting skills with a keen attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
You will be a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong interest in defendant insurance law and a desire to develop your career in this field.
