Insurance Claims Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced General Insurance Claims Professional or a Paralegal to join our team as a Claims Project Review Officer in Melbourne.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review claims reports ensuring data accuracy and assist in completing the creation of a database which tracks policy erosion limits of claims.
  • Investigate past claims to extract information, update and review files to ensure high data integrity.
  • Support the analysis of current and historical files to document trends in claims.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and support the legal team with documentation.

About You:

  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in reviewing general insurance claims, litigation claims, or paralegal experience is highly desirable.
  • This opportunity is also open to recent law graduates.
  • Demonstrate a capacity to understand the sensitive nature of information and to deal with that information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Competence at an intermediate/advanced level in Microsoft Office package.
