Administration and Payments Support Officer

Charterhouse is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration and Payments Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our grant management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and processing grant applications and related documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records of grant applications, approvals, and payments.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders regarding funding programs.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for grant-related discussions.
- Track payment schedules and assist in reconciling accounts related to grant payments.
- Update databases and generate regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and support the implementation of best practices in grant administration.
Requirements:
- Experience in Purchase-to-pay, SAP, and SmartyGrants is highly regarded.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate competence in using technology and learning new systems.
- Adhere to policies governing records, communication, document control, and cybersecurity measures.
