Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our EFTPOS, banking, and eCommerce customers via phone and email
  • Offer first-level technical and account support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and create innovative solutions that meet customer needs
  • Record detailed and accurate notes of customer interactions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Uphold and contribute to Tyro's strong risk culture by complying with our policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or contact centre environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for customer experience and delivering exceptional service
