The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Payment Solution and Analysis team. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to developing, capturing, and delivering payment solutions and analysis expertise to product and scheme teams.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to payment solution and analysis for developing, capturing, and delivering requirements.
- Maintain high standards in business analysis to support consistent project outcomes.
- Perform thorough gap analyses to ensure complete and accurate coverage of requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Project Managers, Operations, Developers, and Testers.
- Deliver Business Analysis artifacts aligned with AP+ standards when assigned to a project.
- Expertise in product backlog management, identifying, documenting, and refining user stories, detailing acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with payment vendor applications (e.g., FIS, Swift, Paytec), ISO 20022/NPP, and a background in Solution Design or Technical Business Analysis, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to maintain high standards in business analysis to support consistent project outcomes.
- Skill in performing thorough gap analyses to ensure complete and accurate coverage of requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in delivering Business Analysis artifacts aligned with AP+ standards when assigned to a project.
- Expertise in product backlog management, with the ability to identify, document, and refine user stories, detailing acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
