Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage complex cases in a timely manner. The role involves preparing cases for conferences, conciliation and hearings.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a government or legal setting.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Organising and managing complex cases
  • Resolving matters through case management
  • Analysing options for early resolution
  • Preparing documents detailing resolution options
  • Assessing priorities and risks

The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

  • Demonstrated ability to make sound judgements and solve problems
  • Ability to prepare documents explaining a position under legislation
  • Effective communication and listening skills
