Senior Case Manager - Complex Claims Resolution
Job Summary:
- Manage a caseload of complex workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations related to workers' compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
Case ManagementOversee a portfolio of high-value, complex workers' compensation claims.
- Analyze claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to facilitate injured employees' timely return to work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customer injury management and return-to-work teams, to create a comprehensive approach to injury prevention and claims management.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in allied health or a related field desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management.
