Job Title:

Senior Case Manager - Complex Claims Resolution

Job Summary:

  • Manage a caseload of complex workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations related to workers' compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management

Oversee a portfolio of high-value, complex workers' compensation claims.

  • Analyze claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to facilitate injured employees' timely return to work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customer injury management and return-to-work teams, to create a comprehensive approach to injury prevention and claims management.
Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in allied health or a related field desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management.
