Case Management Specialist Job Description

About the Role:

  • Provide technical, professional and operational support for complex problems.
  • Coordinate strategic planning, program and project management to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Undertake end-to-end case management activities to resolve matters effectively.
  • Analyse complex AAT cases to develop options for early resolution.
  • Attend case conferences, conciliations and hearings.
  • Maintain electronic records including evidence supporting decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispute resolution and advocacy skills
  • Preparing documents detailing resolution options and outcomes
  • Assessing priorities and risks
  • Resolving matters through effective case management
  • Managing complex AAT cases
  • Attending case conferences, conciliations and hearings
  • Documenting resolution options and outcomes at case management meetings
  • Maintaining accurate electronic records

Requirements:

  • Experienced Case Management Specialist
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of AAT procedures and regulations
