Role Summary
The Private Rental Tenancy Broker will establish and foster relationships with key property managers and relevant services that benefit clients, the APRAP program, and the organisation.
About The Position
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to and understanding of the values that underpin the vision and purpose of VACCA. They will also have a high level of awareness of the key issues impacting Aboriginal communities and a strong appreciation of Aboriginal societies and cultures.
About You
We are seeking an individual who possesses:
- Demonstrated experience in working and engaging with Aboriginal families and children.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and proven capacity to consult, negotiate, and develop networks with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- A tertiary qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, welfare or a related discipline is desirable.
- Current COVID-19 vaccination.
