Community Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Outreach Specialist to join our team.
This role plays a pivotal part in fostering strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to enhance opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Effectively promoting and marketing our Disability Employment Services directly to job seekers, school leavers, and employers.
- Growing caseloads through direct registrations and actively encouraging market participants to potential employers that result in job placements.
- Maintaining knowledge of the local community and labour market, providing expert advice and support as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and possess well-developed organisational skills. Interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills are also essential.
