Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team of highly skilled and motivated individuals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing clients and stakeholders, conducting contracts administration services, and ensuring that timeframes and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Conduct contracts administration services, including variations and progress claims
  • Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, and bills of quantities/pre-tender estimates

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in project management or construction management majoring in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a consultancy firm
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
