Job Description

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be integral to our projects, managing key QS activities like measurement, cost planning, and contract administration. You will work collaboratively within a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring that you collectively meet both timeframes and budgets while reporting to the Directors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS
  • OVERSEEING PRE AND POST-CONTRACT WORK
  • LEADING PROJECTS FROM FEASIBILITY THROUGH TO CONSTRUCTION
  • MENTORING AND SUPPORTING JUNIOR TEAM MEMBERS
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction Management, specializing in Quantity Surveying
  • A minimum of 6 years of quantity surveying experience
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Previous experience in a consultancy environment
