About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our Retirement Village in Chirnside Park. Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, this role manages the end-to-end sales process for Summerset's prospective residents.

Who are we looking for?

- Those with strong customer focused and/or a wealth of proactive demonstrated successful sales experience
- Passionate, positive people who thrive with responsibility and ownership of their role
- Individuals with excellent communication and relationship building skills
- People committed to growing, learning and adapting
- The ability to work from Tuesday to Saturday (flexibility to work outside of these hours from time to time as required)
- Prior sales experience in the retirement village sector
