Sales and Business Development Executive

Location: Sunshine, Australia. Sector: Sales. Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 per annum.

Spandex Asia Pacific Pty Ltd oversees the sale and supply of materials, sign systems, and displays. The role involves working with customers to increase knowledge and usage of such materials and growing Spandex's market share.

Responsibilities include managing and growing relationships with a designated account base, seeking prospective clients, and understanding the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with a designated account base.
- Seek prospective clients and sales opportunities.
- Understand the competitive landscape and provide feedback to management.
- Negotiate deals based on market opportunities.
- Implement and execute strong call cycle plans.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions and products.
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives.
- Develop new business with existing clients.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Alternatively, 5 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal qualification.
