Our client is a respected ASX-listed retail organisation based in Melbourne's CBD. Known for its innovation and strong market presence, the business operates in a fast-paced, B2B-focused environment. Known for great company culture they value collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job Description

- Prepare and deliver month-end reporting and assisting with budgeting/forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis on product costing and cash flow.
- Support inventory accounting, stock take processes, and cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis.
- Partner with sales. marketing and operational teams to provide financial insights including sales and marketing
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls (IRFS)
- Assist with financial modelling and scenario analysis for business cases.
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance functions.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

- CA/CPA/ACCA qualified.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Netsuite (preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fact pace organisation.
- Working Holiday Visa (WHV) encouraged to apply
