We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Marketing Specialist to deliver high-impact retail marketing campaigns across Melbourne Airport. You’ll help shape the way millions of passengers experience our retail offering through innovative campaigns, creative partnerships, and seamless execution.

Key responsibilities
The role/'s duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implement and co-ordinate retail marketing campaigns, promotions and activations aligned with the marketing calendar.
- Manage creative and media briefs, influencer partnerships, and on-site activations to drive engagement and revenue.
- Develop and update retail content across multiple channels including website, social media, EDMs, radio and digital.
- Maintain accurate tracking of marketing media inventory and ensure effective use of on-site assets.
- Support budget tracking, reporting and administrative tasks to keep campaigns on time and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, retailers and external agencies to deliver outstanding outcomes.
The successful candidate will have
- A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Proven background and experience in a Marketing position
- Proven ability to plan and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable results
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Financial acumen and a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and using insights to inform campaigns
- A collaborative approach and a positive, can-do attitude
