Today, they are the leading retailer specialist, with a dominant network of more than 100 family owned and operated stores, servicing Australia nationally. This is a brand that is highly recognisable and has stood the test of time

**The Role**:
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in managing numerous end to end marketing campaigns, ranging from ATL, BTL, local area marketing, digital, social and communication campaigns. A broad role liaising managing a number of marketing agencies across PR, media and creative. You will be encouraged to be strategic and will have the confidence to communicate effectively.

**Key Duties**:

- Managing multiple marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital)
- Managing agency partners across creative, media and PR
- Support franchisee in developing local area marketing campaigns
- Manage content across display ads, social media ads

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong capability to prioritise campaigns, work to timelines and deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- A well versed, generalist Marketing Specialist with broad skills across traditional / digital marketing including local area marketing
- An understanding of best practice campaign management
- A strong communicator / team player
- Exceptional written skills and agency management experience.
