The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and experienced Brand Marketing Specialist for Graff in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to execute specialised brand marketing, communications, and client engagement strategies that reinforce Graff's position as the pinnacle of luxury and craftsmanship. Working closely with the Head of Graff, Retail Operations and Graff Boutique Manager, you will ensure that all brand activations, campaigns, and client touchpoints are flawlessly aligned with Graff's global image, while resonating with high-net-worth individuals in the Australian luxury market. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with deep appreciation for luxury, exceptional attention to detail, and experience building brand equity through refined, high-impact initiatives.

What you will do

As the Brand Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the Graff brand to life in Australia. Your focus will span across brand marketing, client engagement, and retail support to ensure a consistent luxury experience.

• Brand & Campaigns – Localise and execute global brand marketing campaigns across digital, print, OOH, and in-boutique channels, maintaining brand consistency.
• Client Engagement & Events – Support the planning and delivery of exclusive client events, private viewings, and collaborations, managing vendors and guest experiences.
• Digital & Social Media – Assist with local paid media, agency coordination, and ensuring Graff's digital presence reflects the Australian boutiques.
• PR & Communications – Partner with PR agencies to secure media coverage, manage press outreach, and track ROI across luxury and lifestyle publications.
• Retail Marketing Support – Coordinate in-store activations, seasonal animations, VM updates, and marketing collateral for boutiques.
• Reporting & Administration – Manage budgets, marketing calendars, and post-campaign reports, liaising with Graff HQ for approvals and updates.

What you will bring

• 3–5 years' experience in luxury brand marketing, retail marketing, or communications.
• Proven experience in event coordination and campaign execution in the luxury, fashion, or jewellery sectors.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Experience working within a global or regional luxury brand environment
• Familiarity with local HNWI and UHMW client profiles and luxury consumer behaviour in Australia
• Knowledge of luxury jewellery, horology and luxury landscape in Australia
• PR or agency experience considered an asset
