The Opportunity

We are looking for our next Business Analyst to join our Delivery team, who will be responsible for documenting and supporting the success of TripADeal products

The successful incumbent will support the product and work with the business to ensure the right features are being documented to meet requirements as well as understand the business operation and to assist throughout product delivery.

Organisational Structure

You’ll report to our Delivery Manager in a permanent full-time position, working 100% onsite from our Byron Bay HeadQuarters with ability to work from the Gold Coast 1-2 days per week, Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose

A Day in the Life

- Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks

- Support discovery sessions, scoping sessions, project updates, change management, post-delivery updates, and performance reporting

- User acceptance testing (UAT) including walking key business users through the solution

- Develop business and system requirements to align with the needs of the business

- Support impacted stakeholders throughout the implementation phase of the project through various Change Management activities including the development of User Guides, communications and other artefacts to assist end-users for go-live

- Develop project documentation such as project plans, contributing to project status meetings

- Work with project teams and stakeholders to develop clear delivery plans and support them accordingly

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and be responsible for managing key product requirements, work and processes

To be a Front Running Candidate

- Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience

- 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst

- Experienced in Agile methodology

- Experience in the delivery of agile projects and programs in the digital space

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

- Strong ability to support project teams including building engagement and collaboration

- Imagination and strong communication skills are needed to ensure new product ideas and features are created in a way that provides the best user experience to users

- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen

- Proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

- Organised with the ability to prioritise and manage workload

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times

- Be a logical, systematic thinker with the ability to pick up technical details quickly

- Have an understanding of business processes in order to produce documentation quickly

- Working knowledge of a CMS such as Salesforce is preferred

- The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background check
