Employment Status: Fixed Term Part Time (27/10/2025 - 22/11/2026)

Responsibilities

The Aboriginal Workforce Mentor will play a pivotal role in implementing the Aboriginal Employment Plan, with a strong focus on enhancing the recruitment, retention, induction, development and mentoring of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff. The position is dedicated to creating a culturally safe and supportive environment that fosters professional growth, builds capability, and supports long-term career pathways.
