Backed by Sumitomo Forestry Australia (one of the largest logging and processing companies worldwide), and part of the largest residential building group in Australia, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and innovative solutions.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for 3 Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team. Experience in the industry will be highly regarded, but not essential. The successful candidate will be provided with full on-the-job training.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting the Sales Manager with daily tasks, including calendar management and booking appointments where necessary;

- Data entry for potential sales, including adding in client information / land and developer information and utlising the internal system (HubSpot);

- Listing potential sales on Domain and Realestate.com.au;

- Assisting the Sales Consultants and Sales Managers with deal lodgements, ensuring all paperwork is prepared with minimal errors;

- Assisting the Marketing Manager with collection of photos for social media posts; and

- General administrative tasks, as required.

To be considered for the role

- Background in administration positions will be highly regarded.

- Exceptional communication skills and customer service

- Team focused attitude

- Strong organisation and time management skills

- Willingness to learn, develop and succeed with the team

- Experience with a range of computer systems (MS Office, HubSpot desirable but not essential).
