Backed by Sumitomo Forestry Australia (one of the largest logging and processing companies worldwide), and part of the largest residential building group in Australia, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and innovative solutions.

We're looking for an experienced Prestart Consultant to join our dynamic team. Experience in the industry will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

- Arrange, conduct, and finalize Prestart selection meetings.

- Provide regular updates to clients informing how their project is progressing through pre-construction.

- Preparation & administration of Contractual Documents such as Variations, Final Documents etc.

- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve monthly targets.

- Build relationships with both internal and external clients, suppliers and stakeholders.

- Maintain exceptional customer service throughout pre-construction journey.

To be considered for the role, you will have

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills;

- Team focused attitude and communication skills

- Strong organization and time management skills;

- Willingness to learn, develop & be adaptive within the role

- Current police clearance, or willingness to obtain one.

The following would be advantageous, but not essential

- Proven ability to read and interpret house plans.

- Experience in finalizing contractual documents and addenda's

- Experience in using a range of computer systems (Click Homes, Constructive, MS Office);
