Due to continued growth, we're looking for 3 Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team. Experience in the industry will be highly regarded, but not essential. The successful candidate will be provided with full on-the-job training.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assisting the Sales Manager with daily tasks, including calendar management and booking appointments where necessary;
  • Data entry for potential sales, including adding in client information / land and developer information and utlising the internal system (HubSpot);
  • Listing potential sales on Domain and ;
  • Assisting the Sales Consultants and Sales Managers with deal lodgements, ensuring all paperwork is prepared with minimal errors;
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with collection of photos for social media posts; and
  • General administrative tasks, as required.

To be considered for the role, you will have:

  • Background in administration positions will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication skills and customer service
  • Team focused attitude
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn, develop and succeed with the team
  • Experience with a range of computer systems (MS Office, HubSpot desirable but not essential).
