We are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee and empower our Sales Department in the residential new homes sector, ensuring strategies are implemented effectively and targets are achieved. This is a leadership role focused on mentoring and managing people.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction, support, and structure to our sales team. Your role is to ensure the department operates smoothly, delivers results, and builds strong, lasting client relationships in the residential new home market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve targets and departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of sales representatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics, setting clear objectives and expectations.
  • Deliver accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts.
  • Foster strong, long-term customer relationships built on trust and service excellence.
